Sounds like the 2022 Emmy Awards could potentially be slightly awkward, at least for Pete Davidson, Kanye West, and Kim Kardashian. According to Us Weekly, Kanye and Pete could potentially cross paths at the annual awards show thanks to the fact that they're both nominated—Kanye for Outstanding Documentary or Nonfiction Series for Jeen-yuhs: A Kanye Trilogy, and Pete as part of the Saturday Night Live cast's multiple noms.

Neither Pete nor Kanye have confirmed they are attending the Emmys, but on top of the possibility of them both going and having a run-in, it's also possible Kim could be there. Mostly because SNL was specifically nominated for Outstanding Production Design For A Variety, Reality Or Competition Series for the episode she specifically hosted.

Obviously Kim, Kanye, and Pete have a lot of history: Pete and Kim connected during Saturday Night Live (where they had a kissing scene) and started dating shortly after, which Kanye was...not thrilled about. To the point where he spent several weeks coming for Pete on Instagram until his account was temporarily suspended. After Pete and Kim's breakup in August, a source told People that Pete “has been in trauma therapy in large part” due to Kanye’s social media posts, and “the attention and negativity coming from Kanye and his antics is a trigger for [Pete] and he’s had to seek out help.”

Another source said Kanye's posts about Pete didn't have a role in their split, and that “Kim does not tolerate this type of behavior from Kanye."
