The Parade of Homes is an annual Kansas City tradition in the spring and fall that gives prospective home buyers large and unique examples of new homes in the Kansas City metro, according to the Home Builders Association of Greater Kansas City (KCHBA).

On Saturday, over 300 homes across eight counties will be displayed from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. and open for two weeks (April 27-May 12). Tours are free to the public and available daily.

According to a communications specialist at Reece and Nichols Real Estate, the Parade of Homes will showcase a variety of styles and architectural inspiration, including:

Affordable Options: 14 homes priced at or under $400,000.
Custom Builds: Unique designs that stand out in the national landscape of new homes.
