Kaley Cuoco has been crushing the at-home workout game lately. And, lucky for her fans, the 34-year-old actress has been sharing all the details on Instagram.

The Flight Attendant star just posted a new workout video of herself alongside her sister Briana Cuoco (led by trainer Ryan Sorensen). “Threw in a final work out with @ryan_sorensen before we took off ! With no other than my fitness partner @bricuoco 💪🏼 thanks for the fun edit @lucky13prod @botemplin work hard play hard !💥” the Big Bang Theory alum wrote in the caption.

The video provides an up-close-and-personal look at Kaley and Briana’s workout, and it’s clear the Cuoco sisters don’t mess around with their exercise routine. Kaley can be seen doing jumps, boxing moves, and even using a stationary bike outside at one point. She also does a bunch of cool footwork, sprints, stair exercises, and jumps rope. It’s pretty clear this is no joke workout, because Kaley looks a little tired at the end.

Plenty of people cheered Kaley on in the comments. “Get it girl!” wrote Ali Fedotowsky. “Super Kaley!💕” one fan said. “Should’ve picked you for Captain Marvel,” another chimed in.

Kaley has always been big into her workouts, and she likes to switch things up. "If I’m doing yoga, we’re doing it every day this week....Then I’m like, 'Oh my god, I have to switch,'" she previously told Women's Health. "Then I’m going crazy on SoulCycle....'Okay, I have to switch.'"

That's not all she does, by the way: Kaley also loves horseback riding and weight training.
