Kaitlyn Bristowe is putting her mental health first.

On Thursday, the former "Bachelorette" star, 38, got candid on Instagram about her recent battle with a panic attack that threw a wrench into her plans to attend the People's Choice Country Music Awards.

In a heartfelt post, she shared a series of raw and emotional selfies chronicling her challenging and tearful day.

"These pics were all taken today. Today was rough. But I pushed through. Was supposed to go to the People's Choice Country Music Awards tonight but my body had other plans," Bristowe penned in her caption.

Opening up about the reason her plans got derailed, she noted she had "a panic attack"— something she has only ever experienced four times in her life, and it "turned my day around."

To cope with the debilitating anxiety, the Canadian "Off The Vine" podcast host opted for self-care. "A light work out to move my body, a relaxing facial, hair appointment, and now I just need rest," she detailed.

In conclusion, "listen to your body. Emotions are wild, man," she warned her fans.

The comments on her post have been restricted.

Earlier this month, Bristowe shared an Instagram reel containing candid footage of her recent visit to Italy, paired her video with a powerful reflection about "personal growth."

She began by reminding her followers that feeling a wide range of human emotions "all in the same day" is valid — and no one else's business.

"It's no one's biz which mood I'm in or which mood I post," the influencer added before sharing another key takeaway from her travels.

"Travel can lead to self-discovery and personal growth. It allows you to explore your interests, passions, and small wins, which ultimately leads to a deeper understanding of yourself," the reality TV star shared.
