There were a lot of celebrity couples roaming the streets this summer, and although Jacob Elordi and Kaia Gerber might not have been the most extra, they were 100 percent the cutest. No, we never saw these two making out on a yacht in the middle of Europe (hi, Bennifer) or touching tongues on a red carpet (hello there, Kravis), but they made it clear they’re all kinds of in love.

A source confirmed the news to Page Six while mentioning that the split was “amicable.” It’s not known right now when the breakup took place, but fans started speculating that they ended things once Kaia removed pics of her and Jacob from her Instagram. There’s only one picture of Kaia and Jacob left on her page, and it’s buried in this thread of images:
They dated for more than a year but fully managed to make all of us fall head over heels in love with their romance (as if it was hard). Ugh!
