Hear me out: the Cyrus family is basically the music version of the Kardashians. Obviously, there’s Miley—for the purpose of my thought experience, the Kim of the family. In this edition of Turn the Beat Around, Noah swaps roles with her long-time makeup artist Natalia López, recreating her glittery-green-eyes look from her 2017 performance on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon. In case you temporarily forgot, Noah is no stranger to the spotlight—she was just 17 at the time of the Jimmy Fallon performance, and she was already opening for Katy Perry on tour.

While Noah flexes her beauty skills, she and Natalia discuss their favorite TV show (The Office, duh), Noah’s new single "July," and the singer's difficult upbringing. There's one part I definitely want you to pay attention to: Noah's masterclass on creating the perfect Instagram-worthy brow. I'm not saying that Noah should consider launching a brow kit, I'm just saying that I would buy one if it existed.
