Diamonds might be thought of as a girl’s best friend, but Justin Timberlake proved guys can wear them just as well.

At the MTV Video Music Awards on Tuesday, there were plenty of memorable moments—from Shakira crowd-surfing to rapper Cardi B swinging from a crystal ball, and Taylor Swift winning nine of the 11 awards she was nominated for. One of these was presented by all five members of *NSYNC, so it only makes sense that Timberlake would show up styled to the nines.

The singer-songwriter walked the pink carpet in a funky Dior look comprised of a navy cotton-blend tweed blazer worn over a beige wool-blend tweed waistcoat and matching trousers. He chose Tiffany & Co. accessories to complement the look, donning an $80,000 HardWear Graduated Link Necklace in White Gold with Pave Diamonds and an Elsa Peretti Starfish Brooch in sterling silver.

While presenting, the father of two gave fans a glimpse of his wrist as well. Tiffany’s Atlas 2-Hand 37.5 mm watch, crafted from stainless steel with a silver azure dial and black leather strap, gave the look a refined appeal. Timberlake also wore one of the jeweler’s 18-karat white gold Lock bangles set with diamonds. Inspired by a padlock, a Tiffany motif since the 1880s, the $11,400 bangle is versatile enough for all genders.

Additionally, Timberlake made headlines for an informal run-in with Houston rapper, Megan Thee Stallion. Before or after her performance with Cardi B, Timberlake leaned in to speak to her, which resulted in the rapper pointing her finger and turning away, Variety claims. Turns out all he said was “It’s so nice to meet you,” to which she replied “No this don’t count, this don’t count. We gotta meet proper.” The rapper is said to be a fan of Timberlake’s. Does anyone else foresee a new music collab on the horizon?
