Justin Timberlake Has An Important Question About Girl Scout Cookies: Samoas or Thin Mints?
Justin Timberlake went there. No, he really went there.
The former NSYNC frontman ignited a fiery social media debate this weekend when he asked his followers to pick the best Girl Scout cookie: Samoas or Thin Mints?
JT sampled both of the iconic flavors on camera before weighing in with his own vote.
"Samoas. I mean, I love coconut,” the pop star declared. “Samoas are my tip-top!”

Justin then challenged his Instagram followers to share their "food for thought" by double tapping for double Samoas (he likes to eat two at a time) or commenting for Thin Mints. The post received more than 675,000 likes and 18,000 comments at the time this article was published.
You may think that indicates Samoas were the clear winner. However, the results don't prove to be entirely scientific. Some fans jumped in the comments to voice support for cookies that were excluded from the two-question poll, such as Short Bread or S'mores.
Among the celebrities who waded into the comments was pro golfer Kevin Na, who said: "Thin Mints FTW!"
R&B singer Miguel upped the ante by proclaiming his love for frozen Thin Mints "all day, bro."
Because I don't want you to @ me, I'm siding with Nanny Connie, who wrote in the comments that her favorite flavor is plain old "cookies."
"While y'all are debating, can some one send me a cookie?" she politely asked.
