Justin Bieber Sang to Hailey Baldwin in Front of Buckingham Palace

We have a feeling Queen Elizabeth II and her corgis would approve of this grand romantic gesture. Justin Bieber, who's currently in London with Hailey Baldwin for the city's Fashion Week, decided to take time out of his Tuesday afternoon to stand outside the famed Buckingham Palace to serenade his fiancée in front of everyone.

As captured by a few lucky onlookers on social media, Justin — clad in a funky tie-die sweatshirt (a recent favorite of his) and black shorts — strummed a guitar while crooning "Cold Water," his collab with Major Lazer and MØ from a few years ago. And like any multimillionaire busker, he also laid out his guitar case in front of him, in the event anyone wanted to drop in a few "quid" out of gratitude. (No one did. Shame on you, fans!)

The duo's cute London outing — Hailey is in the city to walk in Adidas's show — comes amid an avalanche of speculation and reports that they are, in fact, already married, which escalated after they were spotted obtaining papers at the New York City Marriage Bureau last week. The fervor got so crazed that Hailey herself had to deny claims they were married in a since-deleted Twitter message, writing, "I understand where the speculation is coming from, but I’m not married yet!"

Just days prior, Hailey also opined at a beauty event that she's in the midst of planning her wedding, which she intends to be a small affair with family and close friends. "My sister was 24 when she got married, and my parents also got married when they were young, too. I see no reason to wait," she explained. "When you know it’s right, it’s right." We agree, especially if there's serenading involved.
