Justin Bieber Hoped to "Squish Out a Nugget" With Hailey in 2021

Justin Bieber entered into 2021 with some lofty goals, like, for instance: to "hopefully squish out a nugget" (of the human variety, that is).

In the singer's new documentary, Justin Bieber: Our World, which launched on Amazon Prime Friday, he opened up about his "intention for 2021" to wife Hailey Bieber in footage recorded ahead of his 2020 New Year's Eve concert.

"My intention for 2021 is to continue to set goals and have fun while doing them," he said, "Make sure I put my family first and hopefully we squish out a nugget."

Hailey did not seem to have been briefed on the squishing out a nugget of it all. "In 2021?" the model asked Bieber, to which he replied that he'd like for them to "start trying" to have a baby toward the end of the year.

"We shall see," Hailey said in response.

The Biebers' family planning has been a hot topic among fans and tabloids alike since, well, they became "The Biebers." The couple even trolled us on April Fools' Day in 2019 with a staged ultrasound photo.

Still, the pair was never shy about their plans to eventually have children. In early 2020, Bieber told Ellen DeGeneres that his other half will determine the number of kids they have "because it's her body." OK, snaps for Justin. Earlier that same year, he told Apple Music's Zane Lowe that he wanted to "enjoy being married for a little bit" and "build more of our relationship" before he and Hailey expanded their family.
