June Ambrose & Puma Celebrate Women’s History Month With Second Drop of ‘Keeping Score’ Collection

To celebrate Women’s History Month and the 50th anniversary of hip hop, creative director and designer June Ambrose’s second Puma drop is on its way. On March 16, new products from their co-branded collab will hit shelves.

Included in the collection are the Keeping Score Slipstream sneakers, seen in a green and white colorway. The style retails for $150.

Other standout pieces include The Keeping Score Victory reversible varsity jacket and track pants. The jacket has three-in-one features and can be worn as one layered piece or deconstructed into a standalone topper vest. It’s also reversible, switching from green to blue.

In January, Puma and the famed stylist launched their first co-branded collection with the “Keeping Score” collab. The line celebrates both Ambrose’s storied career and her impact on hip-hop and fashion, as well as women as a whole and their victories.

Ambrose — who’s known for styling Missy Elliott, P Diddy, and Jay Z — joined Puma in 2020 as the creative director for the Women’s Basketball category.

The 20-piece apparel, footwear and accessories collection, retails from $30 to $200 and will launch in two parts. The first drop, consisted of 10 pieces inspired by Ambrose’s early days of her career. The line is filled with reversible shorts and beanies, a removable mesh jersey sports bra, a balaclava, colorblock leggings, and an oversized hoodie in burgundy and blue colorways. In addition, new versions of the classic Ralph Sampson sneaker and Prevail sneaker were released.

As creative director, Ambrose’s goal has been to empower and encourage women to “only compete against the best versions of themselves; our gives are our gets. Let’s make this year count, let the clock begin Keeping Score,” according to the brand.
