Julie Bowen is sharing her love for her former Modern Family co-star, Sofia Vergara.
Amid the official announcement on July 17 that Vergara and her husband of seven years, Joe Manganiello, have decided to divorce, Vergara got cheeky on the 'gram, which eventually led Bowen to gush over her newly-single gal pal.
"This is what single and [fire emoji] looks like!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️," Bowen, 53, exclaimed.
The post, which was shared to Vergara's Instagram grid on July 17, featured a trio of candid snaps showing the 51-year-old rocking nothing but a blue and black leopard-print bathing suit and a few gold bangles on her left wrist.
As Parade previously reported, Vergara and Manganiello formally announced their breakup in a joint statement on Monday, noting, "We have made the difficult decision to divorce. As two people that love and care for one another very much, we politely ask for respect of our privacy at this time as we navigate this new phase of our lives."

Prior to confirming their split, the America's Got Talent host's followers suspected that things weren't quite right between the two. Specifically, fans called out the Magic Mike actor's birthday tribute for his wife, dubbing it "cold." Many also questioned why he was absent from Vergara's current getaway abroad, concerns they vocalized in the comments section on social media.
So far, it seems Vergara is holding up as well as expected, given the difficult situation, continuing to share snaps of her having a blast with her close pals while vacationing via her Instagram Story. Now that she has the full and public support of pals like Bowen, soothing her heartbreak may be slightly more manageable.
