Julianne Hough is back on Instagram with a total Monday #mood. The actress and dancer, 33, showed her five million followers exactly how she gets rid of unwanted stress during a rehearsal—and I'm already thinking about trying it after my next meeting.

In her latest Instagram Story video, Jules is taking a quick break during a long day of dancing. But apparently, there's lots of work to do: "When the delirium hits 🤪 because you only have 10 days to create Step In To The Movies," she captioned the clip.

She lets it all out during a truly impressive shimmying session, and her toned legs and sculpted butt are on full display in tights and a leotard.

Wondering how Jules stays in such amazing shape when she's not sweating it out in the studio? She usually works out around five days a week, and she never says no to a good SoulCycle class. "I love being around people and community," she told Women's Health. On other days, Julianne pushes through strength training sessions or practices hot power fusion yoga at CorePower Yoga.

Since strutting her stuff on Dancing With the Stars and appearing on America's Got Talent, Jules now spends her days running KINRGY, her own fitness platform. The program offers 45-minute "high sensory activated dance method" workouts—classes mix elements of tai chi, cardio, strength training, qigong, and energy work (whew!).

As for her diet, Julianne loves sipping on green juice. "If I eat something before I work out that's more of substance, it doesn't work for me," she explained. In the mornings, she whips up her signature smoothie: It's filled with almond milk, protein powder, avocado, almond butter, blueberries, spinach, and banana.

When it comes to meals, Julianne stays away from foods that can cause inflammation. Instead, she reaches for grilled chicken, salmon, and grilled or steamed vegetables. But, she's a foodie through and through: "I love tacos and guacamole," she told WH. "I love food!"

Killing it, Jules!
