TBH Julianne Hough seems like a pretty great coworker. Her dancing ritual to shake off the pre-show jitters backstage at POTUS on Broadway are enough to convince me!

The Footloose actress showed off her dance moves in a cute Instagram video of her and her castmates getting down to "Sway" before taking the stage.

Julianne, 34, pops in on her coworkers while she played 1950s classic "Sway" in the background. I would be remiss to not mention Vanessa Williams’ iconic appearance. Those hips most certainly do not lie.

After entertaining the rest of the cast, Julianne pops into her dressing room for a little more boogying in a stunning orange outfit. The Reformation two-piece skirt and crop top set made the perfect costume for a little Flamenco moment! Julianne’s abs, legs, and booty look awfully toned while she breaks it down.

Julianne is no doubt a dance pro — lest we forget - she did win Dancing With the Stars two times! She had formal training in Latin Ballroom at the Center Stage Performing Arts during her childhood, which gives some insight into her excellent backstage and onstage moves.

She still dances regularly, as seen in her frequent pre-show rituals on IG!

Julianne says her strong muscles come from regularly mixing up her workouts. She shared with Self in 2016 that she loves SoulCycle and trampoline fitness classes. Some of her others favs include CorePower yoga, dance cardio routines with Tracey Anderson, and CrossFit on the beach.

Julianne usually sets aside five mornings a week to get her sweat on.

"It sets the tone for the day," she told Self. "I’m not doing it necessarily to make my body look good—I’m doing it because I love it and it's fun."

Jules also created her own fitness platform, KINRGY, which offers 45-minute "high sensory activated dance method" workouts—classes mix elements of tai chi, cardio, strength training, qigong, and energy work...and of course dancing! Note to self: I must try this! See?

Another key to Julianne’s success is bringing pleasure into every experience, she tells Women’s Health.

“I love to make every moment a luxury experience,” she told Women’s Health. “Whether it's in the bathtub and having bubbles and meditation music playing and my crystals and whatever it is, or I'm in the shower and I'm just rushing out through the day, at least I know that I'm being taken care of in the best way possible.”

This woman knows how to have fun. Keep the dance moves, and the self-care tips, coming Jules!
