Julianne Hough Wore a 🔥🔥🔥 Naked Dress, and Her Entire Bod Is Toned

  • Julianne Hough hit Broadway earlier this week to support Lin-Manuel Miranda's new play New York, New York.

  • And naturally, the 34-year-old dancer and actress brought her fashion A-game—wearing a killer naked dress that showed off her totally toned bod. I mean, just look at those abs!

  • Being a professional dancer, Jules naturally loves moving her body to feel good and stay in shape. She does CorePower Yoga, SoulCycle, and strength training in her weekly workouts.

The new Lin-Manuel Miranda play New York, New York opened on Broadway this week, and Julianne Hough was there to support. The 34-year-old dancer-actress hit the red carpet looking seriously strong in a naked dress while posing with her friends.

Naturally, Julianne shared plenty of photos from the event—and her killer ’fit—on Instagram. There’s Julianne flashing her strong legs and toned abs in the black naked dress (which has the coolest fringe detail at the bottom) paired with a black oversized blazer; Julianne and her friends-slash-POTUS-costars (including Rachel Dratch and Vanessa Williams) posing for a ton of photos; and Julianne and pals having drinks.

“Lucky number 7 💕,” she wrote in the caption.

Julianne ~also~ shared a reel from the night, including herself twirling around her apartment in that dress.

Apparently Julianne is really, really digging this look (fair) because she shared several more pics in her IG Stories, including a full-length mirror selfie.

Julianne is looking super strong these days—not to mention totally glowy. And, of course, she works hard for that. And Julianne uses her fitness platform, Kinrgy, which provides 45-minutes dance-inspired workouts. “The reason why I started Kinrgy in general was for my own growth and transformation and how dance really helped me with my own anxieties,” she previously told Women’s Health. “We're where you can go take a meditation class or go do a breathwork class or go do a dance class or fitness, we've somehow kind of supercharged. I'm like, 'Ooh, this is like yoga on an energy drink.'"

Julianne also told WH that she works out five days a week and is a huge fan of SoulCycle. “I love being around people and community,” she said. Also in the mix? Yoga. She’s heavy into hot power fusion classes at CorePower Yoga, too.

That’s not all, though. Julianne works with trainer Mark Harari. Last year, she shared BTS video of one of their workout sessions, which included box jumps, boat pose-style crunches, plenty of abs work with weights, and leg lifts with resistance bands.

Julianne is just active in her day-to-day, too. Like, check her out snowboarding like a pro while shooting video of herself talking—impressive!

But for all that she’s got going on, Julianne also takes time to slow down here and there. “I love to make every moment a luxury experience,” she previously told WH. “Whether it's in the bathtub and having bubbles and meditation music playing and my crystals and whatever it is, or I'm in the shower and I'm just rushing out through the day, at least I know that I'm being taken care of in the best way possible.”

On the food front, Julianne told WH that she tries to steer clear of foods that can cause inflammation, instead focusing on things like grilled chicken, salmon, and grilled or steamed vegetables. Still, she says. “I love tacos and guacamole. …I love food!”

Keep doing you, Jules!
