If there's one thing Julianne Hough knows how to do, it's bust a move. And this star is currently in total vacay mode, which means there's plenty of time to jump and dance around whenever she feels like it.

The Footloose actress, 34, shared pics of herself rocking a matching one-shoulder yellow JADE Swim bikini with a cute straw bucket hat and shades while on the beach in an undisclosed location. Of course, Jules got busy doing some incredible leaps and poses on the beach, giving everyone a full view of her super strong legs, arms and abs.

"You put the 🍋 in the 🥥 Swipe for Practical Magic song," she captioned the post. And her followers are here for her vacation vibes. "Oh okkkkk 🔥🔥🔥🔥," one wrote, and another commented, "A literal ball of sunshine in your yellow☀️❤️." And a third perfectly summed up her look: "A beach BABE!"

You might find yourself wondering how Jules gets so strong, and you're in luck, because she's shared some of her best tips and tricks with Women's Health. One way Jules loves to work on her muscle tone and overall fitness is by working with personal trainer Mark Harari. The two have been doing workouts together for years, and their sessions include everything from cardio bursts to strength training with weights.

She also founded her own fitness platform, Kinrgy, and explained the class' basic premise in an interview with Women’s Health: It's "a high-sensory activated dance method. We open up our senses, so we open up our imagination and connect to nature's elements," Jules said.

The actress and dancer shared more about why she created Kinrgy, explaining, "We're where you can go take a meditation class or go do a breathwork class or go do a dance class or fitness, we've somehow kind of supercharged. I'm like, 'Ooh, this is like yoga on an energy drink.'"

When Julianne isn't doing a workout with her trainer on on her platform, she likes to get active outdoors. Case in point: She recently shared a video of herself hiking (and camping out).

When she's in a snowy locale, she opts for a thigh-burning snowboarding sesh out on the slopes.

As for her diet, Julianne sticks with healthy ingredients, and her meals are geared towards anti-inflammatory foods. As a result, she often fills her plate with grilled chicken, salmon, and grilled or steamed vegetables. But she considers herself a total foodie. "I love tacos and guacamole," she told Women's Health. "I love food!"

And, like the relatable queen she is, the woman loves to eat fries, too.
