Julianne Hough Has The *Most* Sculpted Booty And 🔥 Abs Dancing On IG

Julianne Hough made her dressing room an off-Broadway stagebefore she hopped on to the actual Broadway stage this week. The POTUS actress' put her epic abs on full display in a tied crop top and danced her pre-show jitters away in a new Instagram video.

The video shows Julianne swinging, spinning, and salsa-ing to the beat of "MAMIII" by Becky G and Karol G. And she is certainly shaking her peach-emoji perfect booty right in time to the music. She then pans to the rest of the POTUS cast, who shake their stuff while prepping to go on stage for their show.

Vanessa Williams, Lea Delaria, Rachel Dratch, Suzy Nakamura, Julie White, and Lilli Cooper all make brief cameos in the vid, showing fans their go-to dance moves. But I have to say, Jules (and her booty) take the cake.

It looks like the cast is having a grand ole time on and off the stage. And Jules' followers totally agree. "Got the moves for sure," one said. "Shake shake shake it !!!❤️❤️❤️❤️," said another.

I mean... just look at this hair flip, body roll combo.

Wondering how Julianne is such a dance pro? Well, her formal training in Latin Ballroom at the 'Center Stage Performing Arts’ during her childhood explains a lot! The dancer, actress, and singer-songwriter maintains her skills with practice, as seen in this IG. And her abs are all thanks to her workout routine.

To maintain that sculpted booty and those ultra-strong abs, Jules previously shared that she loves SoulCycle, and has dabbled with trampoline fitness classes when she wants to switch things up, per a 2016 Self interview. Hot yoga at CorePower Yoga, dance cardio routines with Tracey Anderson, and crossfit on the beach have also been some Julianne faves.

Julianne has historically set aside morning time five days a week to get in her exercise. "It sets the tone for the day," she told Self. "I’m not doing it necessarily to make my body look good—I’m doing it because I love it and it's fun."

However, she makes clear that she is NOT a morning person, despite the joy her early workouts bring her: "It takes everything that I have to get out of bed."

I feel ya, girl. Keep up the good dance moves!
