ICYMI, there was a partial solar eclipse this morning, and Julianne Hough was more than prepared. In a new Instagram video, the 34-year-old actress showed fans how she prepared for the astrological event. Of course, it involved some pretty impressive dance moves.

Julianne explained that the solar eclipse in Scorpio, which is when the moon passes between the sun and the earth, inspires her to get her "body, mind, spirit, soul and energy ready to release and transform," she wrote in her caption.

While getting in touch with her body, Julianne displayed her epic dance routine which involved a combination of body rolls, twists, and squats. Along with her skills, she simultaneously flaunted her mega-toned abs in a cropped sweatshirt. No wonder she makes the performance look so effortless!

"My favorite way to connect is with the @kinrgy method to get me in to that kinrgy state!" Julianne wrote in her Instagram caption.

Kingry is "an innovative & judgment-free fusion of dance fitness and energy healing" that Julianne created to provide users with a resource for mental, physical, and emotional wellness, according to the platform's site. From the looks of her recent post, Julianne is a fan of her own dance cardio classes.

Followers were quick to compliment Jules' routine. One fan put their sentiments simply, "This. 🔥🔥." Another commented, "Your energy is wonderful 💛✨🤍." A third wrote, "Yes! Ignite that LIGHT! And glow brightly!! So beautiful!"

When she's not dancing, Julianne likes to get active by spinning. She told Women's Health in 2019 that she enjoys SoulCycle classes because she loves "being around people and community." She also won't pass up a hot power fusion class at CorePower Yoga.

Julianne also incorporates strength training sessions into her fitness plan. She also works in Barry's Bootcamp sessions and Pilates to target all her muscle groups.

In terms of her diet, Julianne watches out for foods that can cause inflammation and instead will gravitate towards grilled chicken, salmon, and grilled or steamed vegetables to fuel her body, she told WH.

She told Harper's Bazaar in 2021 that she starts her day with some lemon water, followed by celery juice before working out. For lunch, she'll have soup and a salad. Her dinner depends on the day.

One of her favorite meals is a lentil-based Indian dish called mung dal that she’ll have with gluten-free crackers, toasted black sesame seeds, and vegetable sides like sweet potato, asparagus, ginger, and collard greens. “This is really nourishing, really yummy, I feel really full by the end of it,” she said.

Yum. Keep up the good work, Jules!
