Josh Brolin's Wife Has the Perfect Response to Racy On-Set Pic
Josh Brolin is going nude while filming a new season of his television series, Outer Range, and his wife, Kathryn Boyd Brolin, is in full support.
The actor shared a risqué image on Instagram of himself sitting fully naked in a lawn chair on the set of Outer Range Season 2, saying that the show is, "taking things in a different direction now."
As you might expect, the image got some interesting responses, but it was his wife Kathryn's comment that people really loved.
Kathryn jokingly wrote under the Instagram post, "Oh I thought they weren’t releasing the poster til later this year!!"
Brolin provided a little more background for the photo in his caption, writing, "We aren't supposed to post photos from the show but this isn't really during the show, but rather lunch outside in the beautiful Santa Fe desert. Thank you @brianbowensmith for documenting our most private moments on the set."
Westworld actor Luke Hemsworth commented, "Do you know the song 'your balls r hangin through the old cane chair?''Hum a few bars and I’ll see if I can pick it up.'"
Brolin's Outer Range co-star, Tom Pelphrey, also wrote on the post, "😂😂😂 our fearless leader. ❤️," while Garrett Hedlund added, "That’s how I prep."
Kathryn, who works in the film industry as an actress and in other roles, has been married to Brolin since 2016, and the couple shares two young daughters, Westlyn Rain and Chapel Grace.
Brolin's TV series Outer Range is a sci-fi Western on Amazon Prime, and Season 1 premiered in April 2022. Along with Brolin and Pelphrey, the show also stars Imogen Poots, Lili Taylor, Tamara Podemski, Lewis Pullman, and more.
Filming for Season 2 began in March, and although a release date hasn't been announced yet, fans can likely expect new episodes to hit the streaming network in late 2023 or early 2024.
