Joseph Baena Loves Working Out So Much He Had a Gym-Themed Birthday Party

Just in case you didn't know, Joseph Baena likes to work out. Baena often posts photos from his gym sessions, and he's recently taken to explaining the details of his workouts with his Instagram followers. But what we didn't know is that Baena's love of the gym runs so deep that he would have a gym-themed birthday party.

Baena turned 22 on October 2, and he celebrated with a pool party was aptly named "Joe's Gym." The party included '80s and '90s-style throwback decorations, a gym-themed cake, and workout recovery equipment, but it also featured classic pool party faves like water guns and tropical drinks.

Baena's famous dad, Arnold Schwarzenegger, wasn't at the party, but he posted a sweet tribute to his son on Instagram. "Happy birthday Joseph! Watching you graduate from college this year and seeing you follow your passions has been amazing. You are a fantastic son, and I can’t wait for our next training session. I love you," Schwarzenegger wrote.

Baena had previously wished his dad a happy birthday when Schwarzenegger turned 72, and, of course, he commemorated the occasion with a gym photo of the two, where he called Schwarzenegger the "best training partner in the world."
