By this point, Jose Andrés is known as much as a chef as he is a bonafide superhero. Andrés consistently jumps in to help following natural disasters, providing food to those in need. Now, more than a year after Hurricane Maria hit Puerto Rico, Andrés is returning to the island once again. This time, he'll be there for The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon: Desde Puerto Rico.

Tuesday, January 15, NBC's New York-based talk show will air from Puerto Rico, coinciding with the beginning of Hamilton's local tour. Lin-Manuel Miranda's hit Broadway show is raising money to help the island's recovery efforts with its Puerto Rico run, both through ticket sales and by bringing tourists back to the island.

According to the network, Tuesday's show will feature a performance of "The Story of Tonight" by Lin-Manuel Miranda and the new touring cast. It will also show Jose Andrés taking Jimmy Fallon on a "culinary adventure" around the island and discussing the continued work of World Central Kitchen in helping revitalize Puerto Rico's food economy.

Musical guests Bad Bunny and José Feliciano, both of whom are Puerto Rican, will perform, too. You can watch the show live on Tuesday at 11:35 p.m. EST.
