Quotes From José Andrés

"I guess I grew up in many kitchens. The main one, the kitchen in the house I grew up, and where I have real memory at in Barcelona. And then the other little kitchen that they were part of our life was the kitchen on my grandmother's house during Christmas, or was the kitchen in the restaurant of the little hotel my father will take us one week a year by the beach side, two hours outside Barcelona." - José Andrés

"A table usually is one of the happiest places, even when we are with people that we disagree with. The plate of food, the glass of wine, the ultimate respect that the table sends to everybody, makes people have conversations in a more magnanimous way."
