The 'Nope' director is working on two movies slated to be released in 2024.

With talks of Jordan Peele's next film coming, fans admitted feeling a bit restless. And with good reason, too, because we're not just getting one new movie from the renowned horror director and producer, we're getting two.

The first is an untitled horror thriller being produced by Peele, 44, and his Monkeypaw Productions company. It will release in the fall of 2024 (on Sept. 27 to be more specific).

The second, hailing from Universal Pictures, will release just shy of three months later and shortly after Avatar 3 debuts. Universal Pictures, which released Peele's prior features, Get Out, Us and more recently, Nope, also added an “Untitled Fourth Film Directed by Jordan Peele” to its official release calendar slated for Dec. 25, 2024.

Once fans got wind of the news, they couldn't contain their excitement, taking to social media platform Twitter to share their elation.

Some didn't even wait for a reliable source to confirm the upcoming features before hyping them up online, with one top tweet reading, "New Jordan Peele movie barely confirmed via Twitter and is releasing in two years. It’s crumbs but I’m chewing."

"TWO JORDAN PEELE MOVIES IN 2024," another user exclaimed.

"manifesting Jordan Peele’s movie making 3 billion at the box office," a third joked, sharing a photo of the Griffins from Family Guy praying at their dining room table.

Others, however, saw the filmmaker's name trending and though it would be an opportune time to share some suggestions for his upcoming features.

"jordan peele cast dominique fishback in your next film," one viral tweet read.

"jordan peele should cast them all again," another user wrote, sharing a fan cam edit of the cast of his sci-fi hit Nope.

"Jordan Peele, hear me out. Next film. Dominique Fishback. Lakeith Stanfield. Keke Palmer. Teyonah Paris. and of course Daniel Kaluuya. that’s all i’m saying," someone else hinted.
