As of 2020, no one. Van Ness’s last confirmed relationship ended in 2018. The Queer Eye star announced his breakup with Wilco Froneman in a now-deleted Instagram post, citing the lyrics to Ariana Grande’s “Thank U, Next”: “She taught me love, she taught me patience, how she handles pain, that s**t’s amazing.”

Van Ness also asked fans to be kind to Froneman, adding, “Please don’t go in on Wilco, he doesn’t need the anger & I don’t want to see him suffer so just know I’m all good & sometimes people break up—Love you all so much.”

2. What is his dating history?

Excluding Froneman, Van Ness hasn’t gone public with any other relationships. However, don’t mistake his secrecy for lack of experience—all it means is his former flings haven’t revealed themselves (at least not yet).
