Jonas Brothers Talk "Happiness Continues" Concert Documentary and Social Distancing on Live Stream

A new Jonas Brothers documentary film is on its way, and this time, fans will get to see an in-depth look at the band's Happiness Begins tour.

On April 23, the Jonas Brothers went live on Instagram to talk about the exciting news they had coming down the pipeline, namely, a new concert movie called Happiness Continues, which comes out at midnight on April 24 on Amazon Prime Video. From three separate locations — and not without the Nick-related technical difficulties that come with that — Joe, Nick, and Kevin Jonas discussed what their past few weeks have been like (in short, consuming lots of TikToks) and what fans can expect from the new film.

In the live stream, they reminisced about their world tour, sharing favorite memories and pre-show rituals, which will crop up in the movie. Joe's pre-concert experience? Push-ups, and having someone slap him in the face: "A lot of times it was Sophie," he joked (?). Kevin, meanwhile, shared a sweet response to a fan question that asked about his favorite thing about the Jonas Brothers reunion. "Having my family see the show for the first time and be able to see us making music again," he replied.

They also opened up about the struggles of social distancing. For Kevin, it's homeschooling his daughter Alena and having to relearn math. "Alena is a really good student, she wants to learn, she's very good at math," he said, adding, "patience is a virtue that gets tested." For Joe, it's Zoom-related: "I keep forgetting you have to turn off your camera, if you're using the bathroom or something."

Though Nick's audio on the call wasn't, um, great, he did manage to spill a secret about the doc. Fans will get to see footage from a small Chicago show the Jonas Brothers did last year with the OG band, including performances of songs from the self-titled Jonas record and It's About Time. Yep, that means Greg Garbowsky, Jack Lawless, and John Taylor are back, baby.

Earlier today, Joe shared a trailer for Happiness Continues along with the release date for the follow-up to last year's Chasing Happiness documentary.

"I thought, I was done with the Jonas Brothers," Joe says at the beginning of the clip. "H*ll no." The trailer featured interviews, live songs, and plenty of cameos from Sophie Turner, Priyanka Chopra Jonas, and Danielle Jonas, a.k.a. the Jonas Sisters. And as Joe said on the live stream, the "favorite" Jonas Brother, little bro Frankie, will also make an appearance. Safe to say there will be a lot to enjoy come midnight.

And as an extra treat, Jonas fans can share their Zoom IDs for any watch parties they're hosting tomorrow night — the actual Jonas Brothers might just pop in to say hello. As they explained on Twitter, "We're crashing your Zooms. Throw a #JonasWatchParty for our new concert movie #HappinessContinues tomorrow starting at 5pm PT and text us Zoom links and meeting IDs (323)880-0945."

All in all, a big day for Jonas stans around the world.
