Jonas Brothers Bring Crowd to Tears By Dedicating Song to Fan's Late Child

Pretty much everyone at the Jonas Brothers' concert in Toronto, Canada, on Aug. 19, was in tears during the group's performance of the song "Little Bird," a track from 2023's The Album, as the trio dedicated the performance to a concertgoer's late daughter.

During the concert, Joe Jonas spotted a fan whose name is Magda and her sign that read, “Dedicate Little Bird for My Angel in Heaven.”

Joe got her to come closer to the stage, saying, “I got choked up as I read the sign,” before asking, "What is your little bird’s name?” Magda said, "Valentina," and then Joe gave her a long hug and stated, “This one’s for Valentina, OK? She’s here with us tonight, for sure.”

Many fans captured the moment on video, with one, whose username on X (formally known as Twitter) is @withlovejohana, sharing it with everyone on the social media platform.

The fan wrote along with the video, "HERE IS THE VIDEO OF JOE TALKING TO MAGDA, Valentina’s mom, the little bird that passed away. I cant breathe.. Joe needs to be protected at all cost. So much love for Magda."

A clip of the brothers performing the meaningful song—which is about their daughters—was included as well, while another fan shared a video of Kevin Jonas, who happens to also have a daughter named Valentina, wiping away tears during the performance.

Nick Jonas told Variety early this year that "Little Bird" was "a song about parenthood that will affect people in different ways," and it appears to be a favorite of both the brothers and the fans.

Joe shares two daughters with his wife, Game of Thrones star Sophie Turner, with one named Willa and the other's name not made public yet. Nick has a daughter named Malti with wife Priyanka Chopra, and Kevin Jonas and wife Danielle Jonas have two daughters, Alena and the aforementioned Valentina.
