As a staple on cable television for 25 years, The Daily Show has been in a category of its own when it comes to politics. And the host has been a big part of that.

In December 2022, after seven years, Trevor Noah exited the show, and since then, Comedy Central has taken its sweet time in finding someone to replace him. But in a surprise twist of events, Deadline announced Jon Stewart (the original host from 1999-2015) will be stepping in to take reign of the show every Monday through the 2024 Presidential election season.

"🐐🐐🐐," read the official announcement on Instagram on January 24.

With Jon now being back in the hot seat every week starting February 12, it's no surprise people are interested in knowing how to watch and stream The Daily Show without needing cable. Luckily, we have the answer.

For those looking to watch upcoming episodes of The Daily Show featuring Jon Stewart, you can stream it in a few places.

All episodes will be available the next day on-demand on Paramount+. If you don't have an account yet, the streamer does offer a number of plans folks can choose from, starting at $5.99 per month or $59.99 per year. Once you're all ready, feel free to head on over to the title page on Paramount+'s website or on-the-go with the Paramount+ app. You'll also get a free trial period.

Other streaming sites such as Hulu, YouTube TV and Philo can also be used to watch the show as it airs in real time, and each of them comes with a free trial period before you commit. Comedy Central also offers 24-hour "free pass" you can try, but it's only good for, well, 24 hours.
