Kicking off LGBTQ+ Pride Month strong, Jojo Siwa alongside her girlfriend Kylie Prew and other celebs such as Cardi B and Janelle Monáe took to the streets of Los Angeles for West Hollywood's Gay Pride Parade.

Bestowed the title of "Next Gen Pride Icon" from the city of West Hollywood, Siwa celebrated the honor by riding in on a large, glittery parade float that resembled a playground decked out with stars, rainbows, various LGBTQ+ flags, and the words "Be What You Be."

And of course, the float wasn't the only headline-worthy spectacle to behold. JoJo turned heads with her fun, yet comfy, festival attire. Clad in sequin-studded sneakers, the dancer bounced around on her parade float wearing a green-seamed white crew neck tee that featured a graphic print of a rainbow with the words “Be What You Be" at the center. This shirt, as well as Kylie's, can be found through JoJo's Pride merch shop, Be What You Be.

Siwa added even more rainbow pizazz to the ensemble with her denim vest. The most-likely custom piece included heavily bedazzled rainbows and a rhinestone collar, as well as sparkly rainbow tulle that puffed up at the shoulders. And proving that she's the queen of sticking to a theme, JoJo continued the glitzy look with her makeup, showing off hand-painted LGBTQ+ flags bordered by rhinestone and pearls on her face. As for her hair (which she chopped back in April, ICYMI), the So You Think You Can Dance judge added rainbow streamers into her short and spikey braids, tying her whole look together.

JoJo took to Instagram to let her followers in on the fun and festivities, captioning a photo dump from the day "BE WHAT YOU BE!!!🏳️🌈 best day @wehocity PRIDE PARADE ❤️🙏🏼 so honored to be WeHo’s “Next Gen Pride Icon” 🌈."

She also shared what she was up to during the parade day more in-depth on TikTok, putting together a vlog-style video showcasing her float, fellow parade-goers, and shots of her kissing Kylie.

If JoJo's absolute takeover of this Pride parade is any indicator of how Pride month will continue, we think that this June will be one for the history books!
