John Travolta paid tribute to his Grease co-star Olivia Newton-John who passed away after a decades-long battle with breast cancer on August 8.
She was 73.
"My dearest Olivia, you made all of our lives so much better. Your impact was incredible. I love you so much. We will see you down the road and we will all be together again. Yours from the moment I saw you and forever!
Your Danny, your John!" the 68-year-old captioned a throwback photo of the accomplished actress, singer, and activist.
Newton-John starred as Sandy, Travolta's love interest, in the 1978 classic film.
Her husband, John Easterling, shared the news on her official Facebook page, noting that she “passed away peacefully at her Ranch in Southern California this morning, surrounded by family and friends.”

“We ask that everyone please respect the family’s privacy during this very difficult time,” he wrote.
In lieu of flowers, the family asked that "donations be made in her memory to the Olivia Newton-John Foundation Fund (ONJFoundationFund.org)."
