John Legend Debuts His New Song While Luna & Miles Do an 'Interpretive Dance'

Couldn’t we all use a moment of levity right now? Well, cue John Legend’s latest Instagram post — which is giving us all the positive feels to get us through the day. The pop singer, Voice coach and Sexiest Man Alive shared an adorable video of his kids, Luna and Miles, flaunting their free-spirited dance moves. Their “dance like nobody’s watching” attitudes totally reflect how Legend and wife Chrissy Teigen are as parents — they allow them to express themselves as they want.

“#ConversationsInTheDark with interpretive dance by Luna & Miles, America’s most inexperienced dance troupe,” Legend captioned the video.

Frankly, his piano serenade is the soothing music one we need right now, but seeing Luna (dressed in ballerina attire) and Miles (still in his jammies) dancing to Legend’s new song just warms our heart — no matter that they still need to work on their rhythm a bit (it’s not just your kids!) They sure are cute dancing to his new song.

This isn’t the first time Legend has shared how he spend quality time with his kids — and it’s actually not even the first time that dancing was involved. Last month, the celebrity father of two spoke exclusively to SheKnows about his father-daughter dance tradition with Luna.

“She’s really into music and loves dancing and dancing around the house. She particularly loves my Christmas album,” he said. “We have a record player in our dining room and we play the vinyl version of the Christmas album in the dining room and she and I just dance and sing and that’s one of our bonding times.” Luna seriously loves dancing to her dad’s music — could you blame her?
