John Goodman is keeping it fit!

The Conners star first showed off the impressive 200-pound loss in 2021, and has clearly stuck to his goals.

Most recently, he was snapped during a photo call at the Monte Carlo TV Festival in Monaco yesterday, June 19, where the impressive transformation was on full display.

He wore a navy double-breasted suit jacket over a white collared shirt and a yellow patterned tie while posing for photographers ahead of leading the year's jury.

“John Goodman is, quite frankly, a legend,” Laurent Puons, who runs the festival, told Variety of the choice. “My grandson loves him, my mother loves him, and I love him. He’s crossed several generations with a phenomenal film career, and a phenomenal television career. He’s done it all, played every role. If he wasn’t leading the jury, we’d give him our lifetime achievement award.”

According to Men's Health, Goodman first made the effort to adjust his lifestyle in 2007, after his weight climbed over 400 pounds. He cut out alcohol and began working with personal trainer Mackie Shilstone, who set him up with a diet plan full of fish, vegetables, fruit, olive oil, and nuts. The actor also works out on the treadmill or elliptical six days a week and makes sure to hit 10,000 steps a day.

"In the old days, I would take three months out, lose 60 or 70 pounds, and then reward myself with a six-pack or whatever and just go back to my old habits," the actor once explained. "This time, I wanted to do it slowly. Move, exercise. I’m getting to the age where I can’t afford to sit still anymore."

Clearly, the effort paid off!
