Joe Jonas Brought Back His 2007 Hair – See Photos

Nostalgia for the 2000s is at its peak these days and Joe Jonas knows it well. That's probably why the musician has, quite literally, taken a trip down memory with his latest hairdo – and we are extremely into it.

On August 2, Joe shared a video to Instagram Reels of himself walking down the street set to the Jonas Brothers’ iconic “S.O.S.,” rocking the same 'do he sported back when the song came out in 2007. Gone is his now-signature short cut, replaced with his then-characteristic long, straight hair with side-swept bangs. He even upped the ‘00s factor by layering on a few scarves and honestly, if you told us this was Joe circa 2007, we’d believe you.

Before you get all excited about a new Camp Rock movie or a throwback album, it seems like the moment was all in good fun — and probably a wig. Also on August 2, the brothers were spotted out and about together in New York City and Joe was definitely not sporting his long hair; instead, he rocked his short cut with a John Lennon tee and striped trousers, which you can see above. It seems like the ‘00s Joe is going to stay in the past, though we did appreciate the good laugh from that video – for old times' sake. (That said, the brothers are putting out a book titled Blood, which looks back on their trajectory.)

Joe isn’t the only one changing up his look in the Jonas household. His wife, Sophie Turner, made things a bit more permanent when she ditched her blonde for red earlier this summer. Recent pics even had us thinking she may have gone darker. The Jonas-Turner family knows how to have fun, and experimenting with their hair is one way they keep us guessing. Now, if you’ll excuse us, we need to go revisit our favorite ‘00s JoBros tracks ASAP.
