There's so much more than what was shown in 'Tiger King.'
Netflix’s new true crime documentary series Tiger King: Murder, Mayhem, and Madness has blessed viewers with many memorable moments, from Joe Exotic's presidential campaign videos to Carole Baskin's wedding photos. But one of the greatest things to come out of the show has been Joe Exotic's country music songs.
During a Reddit AMA with someone who said they worked for Joe for five years, a Reddit user asked, "Was that ACTUALLY Joe’s singing voice in the country songs?" To which the alleged former G.W. Zoo worker responded, "It most certainly was not." (Worth noting: Another Reddit user said this was also addressed years ago in season two of Over My Dead Body, a podcast from Wondery about Joe Exotic that was recently re-released as Joe Exotic: Tiger King.)
Whether or not it's actually Joe Exotic (whose real name is Joseph Maldonado-Passage) singing his now-iconic country music songs, Tiger King fans are particularly interested in "Here Kitty Kitty," a song Joe says is about Carole Baskin in the Netflix show. If the clips of the music video featured in the docuseries weren't enough for you, check out the full music video—and the rest of Joe Exotic's songs and music videos—here:
