Jodie Turner-Smith and Joshua Jackson Split After Almost 4 Years of Marriage

Jodie Turner-Smith has reportedly split from her husband Joshua Jackson after more than three years of marriage, TMZ reports.
The Queen & Slim star cited "irreconcilable differences" as the reason for the divorce, according to court documents filed by Los Angeles family attorney Laura Wasser, whom also handled high-profile divorce cases such as Kevin Costner and Christine Baumgartner's, as well as Kim Kardashian and Kanye West's.
Though the pair were spotted together on Sept. 9 celebrating Turner-Smith's 37th birthday in New York City, and were also recently spotted at New York Fashion Week as an item, the date of separation is listed as mere days later on Sept. 13.
Earlier this month, the duo also helped launch the Lotus Emeya electric vehicle in a separate outing together.
However, the Anne Boleyn star did appear solo at the Albie Awards hosted by Amal and George Clooney held on Sept. 28.
Jodie is seeking joint custody of the couple's 3-year-old daughter, Juno Rose Diana Jackson (often referred to as Janie) and additionally, hopes to eradicate the need for spousal support for both herself and Joshua, as no prenup is in place.
The former couple first met at Usher's 2018 birthday bash and began dating immediately, getting engaged just months later. They then tied the knot in Dec. 2019.
"When I first met my husband, we had a one-night stand," the actress revealed on Late Night with Seth Meyers in 2021. "We're in a two, three-year one-night stand now," she added at the time, also telling People later that year, "I think it's really beautiful to be with someone who is so supportive and so loving. We're so similar in so many ways. We're like mirrors for each other. And I just really love that human being."
The Dawson's Creek actor has not yet spoken out on the matter.
