Joanna Gaines Posted A Photo Of Her Hair Before Styling And It's So Relatable

A lot goes on behind the scenes to make our favorite television personalities look good on camera. No matter how effortless stars might look while filming there are so many steps to get them camera ready and Joanna Gaines shared a photo of her natural hair to prove that.
In the photo that was posted on a now-expired Instagram story, Joanna showed off her long locks that are often styled in sleek loose curls when she's filming. She shared the picture before any styling was done and revealed her natural volume and nearly hip-length hair.
"It takes about 1.5 hours to tame this mane. And since it's a reveal day, I'm going to fix 'er up," she wrote on the photo. Now we know exactly how long it takes for her to prepare herself before getting on set for Magnolia Table and that's before any cooking has been done!
Joanna is pretty candid with her followers and doesn't only post photos where she's all done up. Back in November, she posted a collage photo on Instagram that featured her recreating a picture from her childhood. She matched her hairstyle and sweater, and even tried to recreate the missing front tooth from the original photo.
"Not much has changed and I'll probably regret this photo but it's worth saying again kids... the world needs who you were made to be!" she wrote in the accompanying caption. And boy do we love the person Jo was made to be.
