Joanna Gaines Gets Some Help in the Kitchen From Two-Year-Old Crew in This Adorable Clip

OK, it's official: Crew Gaines is the cutest helper ever! In the clip above, which is from Joanna Gaines's upcoming cooking show Magnolia Table, the mom-of-five gets an unexpected visit in the kitchen as Crew, 2, adorably stumbles onto the scene.
"Crew! Where's your dad?" Joanna asks as she picks up her youngest and seats him on the counter. The cookbook author and avid baker then gets back to business—cracking eggs (perhaps prepping for some of her fabulous cookies!). "You wanna crack an egg? How many eggs are there?" she asks. Crew, still in his babble phase, impressively counts to three. Then with a little help from mom, he cracks one of the eggs. "That is perfect," compliments Joanna.
The mom and son then head out to the garden, where Joanna cuts a flower and some basil for her little sous-chef to smell. Chip joins them outside, ready to resume watching his son. "Crew, you cannot run off and cook with mama," he teases, to which Joanna playfully quips back "yes, he can." Chip then asks Crew a very important question: who is your favorite parent? Crew answers "Gaga," alluding to Chip.
"Hey, let's try this again," Joanna says, reposing the question. "Who's your favorite: Gaga or Mama?" she asks. This time around, he clearly articulates Mama. Chip pouts into the camera as Joanna chuckles at the adorable moment.
Magnolia Table is just one of several shows set to launch on Chip and Joanna Gaines's upcoming TV network, Magnolia Network. Currently, the network's launch date is still under wraps; however, you can catch a few preview episodes of Magnolia Table, as well as some other network originals (ahem, the Fixer Upper reboot) on discovery+ in the meantime.
