Joan Collins Looks Incredible at 90 in Rare Appearance With Son

Joan Collins looks ageless at 90 in new rare photos with son Alexander Newley, taken on June 8.

The Dynasty star attended the launch party for Newley's book Divining the Human: The Art of Alexander Newley alongside husband Percy Gibson at the Polish Hearth Club in London.

She looked radiant in a white suit with golden brooch-like buttons and a matching gold jewelry set. Collins was also photographed posing with actor Derek Jacobi, novelist Jeffrey Archer, and TV personality Tamara Beckwith.

Divining the Human is an illustrated memoir featuring Newley's art, including portraits of Collins. In a statement for the biography of the book, the 57-year-old explained the basis of his project. "For me, art is a moral activity, a straining after the highest virtue of beauty and enlarged consciousness. As such, all art is essentially religious, even when it shows us the ugliness of a fallen world," he said.

In 2022, Collins gave a peek into her illustrious life with the documentary This Is Joan Collins, which followed her rise to Hollywood fame and becoming a TV icon through her role as Alexis Carrington in Dynasty.

She did an interview with Vogue on the film, where she spoke about wanting to share a new glimpse at her personal life with fans. "It shows a side of me that I think much of the public could never visualize. I don't think many people can picture me as a young pregnant woman dancing with my then-husband Anthony Newley or strolling with my children through Central Park. It's not that I wanted to prove anything, but this felt like a chance to show people who the real Joan Collins is," she said.
