Jinger Duggar Is All Smiles While Reuniting With 8 Sisters and Mom in Family Snapshot

It's the first time she's been seen with them since her bombshell memoir was published.

Despite the frequent criticism of their religious lifestyle—including from their own kids—the Duggar ladies are still close!

The family proved it earlier this week when Jessa Duggar Seewald, 30, shared a snapshot of the lot of them together on Instagram, reuniting during a recent outing to an Arkansas coffee shop.

"The older everyone gets, the busier life gets— which means it’s always extra special when we manage to get all 9 of us sisters + mom together again in the same place at the same time!" Jessa captioned the sweet photo. "Last week was golden. 🤍🤍"

The members of the group were all bright smiles, including Jinger Duggar Vuolo, 29, who recently opened up about the 'cult-like' conditions of her childhood and revealed that she'd left the Institute in Basic Life Principles (IBLP)—a non-denominational religious organization that promotes "male superiority and female obedience"—behind. This is the first time she's been spotted with her family since her memoir—detailing all of the above and more—was released.

Jinger also shared a few photos from the gathering on Instagram, adding, "We had the best time in Arkansas visiting my family. Girl time with all of my sisters and sweet mama, meeting some new nieces and nephews, eating lots of good food, and many late night conversations."

The elder daughters, including Jill Duggar Dillard, 31, and Jana Duggar, 33, each wore pants, as did Joy-Anna Duggar Forsyth, 25, who also cradled her baby bump, and, shockingly, family matriarch Michelle Duggar, 56.

Fans were quick to notice that she appeared to be wearing leggings for the first time ever, with the reality TV star known for her long and modest skirts—and for dressing her daughters in them, as well. She did still seem to be wearing a skirt over the leggings, the two articles of clothing blending together due to their color, but it was enough to turn heads.

"Michelle in pants 😱😱😱😱," one commenter wrote in shock.

"Is Michelle wearing pants? Did I miss something?" said another.

The rest of the girls—Johannah, 17; Jennifer, 15; Jordyn-Grace, 14, and Josie, 13—all wore the family's traditional skirts.
