There are three different varieties of the Jimmy Dean Casserole Bites, but all of them include scrambled eggs. You can find the French Toast, Sausage, Egg & Cheese, and Meat Lovers varieties in the freezer aisle at stores including Target, ShopRite, and Hy-Vee. They retail for around $5.99 per bag, but prices could vary depending on store and location.

Each serving of the Casserole Bites have 11 grams of protein, 4 grams of carbohydrates, and 190 calories. Not a bad for a breakfast that is cooked in under a minute, right?
