King Charles's coronation might have been a tiara-less occasion, but it certainly wasn't short of dazzling jewelry! From Queen Camilla's iconic diamond necklace to Kate Middleton's symbolic earrings and Zara Tindall's family brooch, here are the best jewelry moments from the May 6 crowning ceremony.
Queen Camilla
For the crowning ceremony, Queen Camilla wore sparkly earrings and the iconic Coronation Necklace that dates back to 1858. Designed by Garrard, the jaw-dropping piece features 25 graduated brilliant diamonds and a massive 22.48-carat pendant known as the Lahore Diamond. It was originally created for Queen Victoria and it has since been worn by every queen for every coronation, most recently for Queen Elizabeth II in 1953.
King Charles
During the service, the King was presented with the Coronation Ring, otherwise known as the Sovereign's Ring. Featuring rubies and diamonds, the piece serves as a symbol of his love and commitment to the Commonwealth, and to the people he is vowing, by God-given decree, to serve for the rest of his life. For the occasion, the King also wore his signature pinky ring.
Kate Middleton
The Princess of Wales paid tribute her late mother-in-law, Princess Diana, by wearing her Diamond and South Sea Pearl Earrings for her coronation.
Princess Eugenie
King Charles's niece was dripping in diamonds for the May 6 service. She wore a diamond collar necklace and diamond drop earrings, both designed by Garrard, with her head-to-toe Fendi ensemble.
Princess Beatrice
Like her younger sister, Princess Beatrice also opted for jewelry from Garrard for King Charles's coronation. She opted for pink sapphire, rubellite, and pink opal hoop-shaped earrings and wore them with her magenta dress and gold headpiece.
Zara Tindall
