JetBlue’s latest flash sale is live, giving travelers a head start to save big on early 2024 flights.

Travelers can use the promo code "NEWYEAR" to get a $25 discount on a one-way flight of $50 or more or a $50 discount off a round-trip flight of $100 or more. The sale ends at 11:59 p.m. EST on Dec. 13.

Flights must reach the stated minimum spend before factoring in any taxes and fees in order for the discount to apply, according to the airline.

The booking period is wide open for travel between Jan. 9 and March 28 but excludes Fridays and Sundays. However, the discount only applies to nonstop routes and specifically excludes transatlantic or Mint business class tickets.

“Dive right into your New Year’s travel plans with savings on flights for next year,” JetBlue wrote on X about the promotion.

Travelers who live near a major JetBlue hub like Boston or New York are in luck, as there are plenty of nonstop flights that are included in this sale. Most notably, popular international winter getaways like Liberia, Costa Rica; Puerto Vallarta, Mexico; and San Juan, Puerto Rico are all on sale. For travelers who want to stay closer to home, JetBlue flies to nearly a dozen cities in Florida and offers seasonal service to Bozeman, Montana.

The carrier offers three main fare classes that all count toward this sale — Blue Basic, Blue, and Blue Extra. At the most restrictive level, Blue Basic only allows for a personal item onboard and fees for seat assignment and any changes or cancellations. The Blue fare offers the most value with a free carry-on bag, advance seat selection, and no change fees for a future travel credit eligible for 12 months, while the Blue Extra fare goes one step above and allows travelers make a free same-day flight change.
