And this year, JetBlue says it is extending its friends and family sale to include “friends, family and maybe a few frenemies” online for two days only. What that means to you: 20 percent off a flight.

When travelers use the code “BFF” on JetBlue’s website, they’ll get 20 percent off airfare booked through February 14, 2018, excluding a holiday period from December 15 through January 10. The sale is also not valid on Friday or Sunday flights and it won’t apply to government taxes and fees tacked onto the airfare.
The sale applies to all 100 cities that JetBlue flies to, including warm weather destinations like Port-au-Prince, Lima and Aruba. It’s the perfect excuse to go on a romantic getaway in the new year or book a ski trip.
For those who don’t win a free JetBlue volunteer trip to the Caribbean, 20 percent off could be an excellent consolation prize.
