Jessie J is walking on sunshine. The "Bang Bang" singer, who released new music earlier this year, showed off her toned bod during a beach day this week. Frolicking in the waves wearing a crop top and bikini bottoms, she looked so toned and confident. Jessie added a cheeky booty photo as the cover for her Instagram video, just in case you didn't notice her sculpted backside in motion.

The singer danced around and splashed in the waves, looking super smiley and fit. Her twirls showed off her toned bod from all angles. Jessie added a Little Mermaid nod to her caption: "Sang to me and then lent me her fork."

Jessie shared even more still shots of her "happy" beach day. Ruby Rose commented, "❤️❤️❤️ u are glowing."

In her IG Stories, she revealed the secret to her seriously toned booty and all-over strong bod—a "7 AM workout" with her trainer Josh Iwanaka. Her sweat session includes twist lunges, squats with resistance bands, weighted squats, bodyweight exercises with a medicine ball, and resistance band rows. "Time to get this body solid," she captioned the workout vid, referencing Ashford & Simpson's "Solid as a Rock."

Jessie is certainly looking solid as a rock from head to toe in her latest Instagram posts. She puts hard work in the gym to maintain her muscles.

For Jessie, working out is more than physical, it's part of her self-care routine. "When I come out of the gym, I’m blotchy red and sweaty, but I feel good. It’s about the longevity of your life, not how you look in the morning," she told HuffPost in 2017. She's also a fan of that full-body ache you get after a great workout, because it makes her feel accomplished.

“[Working out] really makes me feel positive,” she previously told Women’s Health UK. “It releases endorphins—and I never really used to believe in that until I started working out. You do really get this sluggish feeling before a workout where you’re like, ‘Oh, I don’t want to do it,’ and you might feel a little low. But you do a workout, and it gives you that pickup. It makes me feel alive.”

When it comes to her diet, Jessie is vegan. "So, four years ago, I cut out sugar from my diet to try and stop bacteria from building up in my body," she told Plant Based News. "Once I cut out sugar, I realized how much I began to enjoy food when it was good for me—and it was balancing out everything—my health, my moods, my sleep."
