Jessica Simpson's Abs And Arms Look So Freakin' Strong While Doing Yoga On Instagram

Jessica Simpson just might be living her healthiest life RN, and the 40-year-old fashion designer just showed off the results in a new Instagram post that’ll make you want to dust off your yoga mat.

In the pic, the Open Book author can be seen doing a warrior pose next to an infinity pool with a gorgeous sunset in the background. She’s wearing cute leopard-print tights with a keyhole sports bra, and oh yeah, her arms and abs look super fit.

"Starting the week with a warrior mindset aligned with the beauty of the sunset ✨," the actress and singer wrote in the caption.

People were pretty impressed in the comments. "You look so good! So healthy ❤️," one fan said. "I think I’m into yoga now," another wrote.

ICYMI: Jessica lost an impressive 100 pounds in six months after having her daughter, Birdie Mae. She did it by working with her trainer, Harley Pasternak, who slowly built her up to walking 14,000 steps a day, per E News.

Harley told E News that Jessica was big on changing her lifestyle after having her third child. So, she did things like having daily family walks, walking on the treadmill while watching TV and answering phone calls. He says he didn’t want Jessica to do anything that was "too difficult, painful, hard, or arduous," and walking was a good fit for her.

Jessica also started doing 45-minute workout sessions three days a week, which included a five- to 10-minute cardio warm up, 20 to 30 minutes of resistance training and flexibility, and five to 10 minutes of a cardio cool-down.

Harley says Jessica kept track of her progress through daily emails to him that featured her step count, what she ate that day, and a screenshot of her Fitbit.

Jessica also started eating really well. Harley told Good Morning America that she ate three meals a day, focusing on getting enough protein, fiber, and fat.

Jessica hasn’t shared many updates on her workouts lately on social media, but she's made it clear that she’s been living a healthy lifestyle. She posted in May about waking up early to get her steps in before her kids woke up:
