Jessica Simpson Finally Shared Photos of Her Newborn Next to the Entire Family

• Birdie Mae is Simpson's third child with her husband Eric Johnson.

Jessica Simpson just gave the world a closer glimpse at her 4-week-old daughter Birdie Mae. In a sweet family photograph shared via Instagram on Easter Sunday, Simpson is seen holding the newborn, who was born March 19.

"Happy Easter from the Johnson Family, Party of 5!" Simpson captured the image, which showed her and Birdie next to Simpson's husband Eric Johnson, their 6-year-old daughter Maxwell Drew, and their 5-year-old son Ace Knute.

In addition, she also posted an up-close shot of Birdie Mae napping, plus an image of Maxwell Drew enjoying a sister moment with her new sibling.

Simpson and Johnson are no strangers to making big announcements via Instagram. Back in September of 2018, the couple shared that they were expecting with a pair of photos of their children holding black and pink balloons, captioned: "SURPRISE..."

In the run-up to Birdie Mae's birth in March, Simpson was refreshingly open about the challenging moments of her pregnancy, particularly discussing her aggressively swollen feet.

She also shared some hints about the baby's name that had eagle-eyed fans predicting "Birdie" way ahead of the actual announcement. And when Birdie was born, Simpson marked the occasion with a sweet Instagram shot of Maxwell beside her new baby sister.

Fingers crossed Simpson gives us more of Birdie as she grows bigger.
