The 43-year-old singer and actress posted some photos where she looks like she’s having a fabulous time with her friends. Plus, she offered a rare peek at her abs in a black crop top. Jessica paired the shirt with oversized sunglasses, a large luxurious coat, and cowboy boots, of course.

She looks toned all over as she poses by her sweet ride. “Oh, this is ladies’ flight ✈️,” wrote Jessica. People loved her 'fit, and the fact that she seems to be living her best life, so they hyped her up in the comments section.

In fact, she shared that she's gained and lost 100 pounds three times in her life in a 2022 Instagram post. She also got two tummy tucks in 2015 for stretch marks and loose skin after her back-to-back pregnancies.

And Jessica is forthcoming about what has worked for her long-term. Her first secret to fitness success is simple, yet essential: Walking. She works with trainer Harley Pasternak, who started her with a goal of 6,000 steps per day, which was then moved up to 14,000, he shared with E! News.

Additionally, Jessica hits the gym with Pasternak, as well as trainer Sydney Liebes, for three 45-minute sessions a week, according to People. "You have worked your ass off, and the reward is priceless!" Sydney wrote in an Instagram post after Jessica lost 100 pounds in six months after giving birth to her daughter Birdie Mae. "I’ve been training for 10 years now, and I have never been more excited for a client transformation."

Jessica’s key is balance, Pasternak told People. “If she has a birthday party one night and a date night another night, she’s going to indulge both of those nights, but that’s it,” he said. "It’s about balancing in a way that doesn’t make it painful or too much of a departure from your life before that."

When it comes to her diet, Jessica followed Pasternak's Body Reset Diet. This program allows for three meals and two snacks every day.

“She’ll have foods that are very favorable that are healthier versions of things like a tortilla soup or Tex-Mex,” he shared. She's also been sober for six years now.

Another important part of Jessica’s routine? Making sure she gets her Z's in—which means at least seven hours of sleep per night. "So many people undervalue the importance of sleep in weight loss and weight management," Pasternak shared with E! News.
