Jessica Simpson is crushing it right now. Her memoir Open Book is being turned into a scripted Amazon show, her fashion line continues to dominate, and she’s serving major strength goals.

The 43-year-old singer recently posed in a zebra print one-piece swimsuit in a new Instagram photo with big Hollywood movie star-esque shades and gold pumps—can you say legs? Jessica is all-over strong, but her legs and arms in particular are super chiseled.

“THIRSTY,” she captioned the pic. Naturally, her fans filled the comments section with praise. “Legs for days!!! 🔥,” wrote one person, while another added, “Holy smokes.” I couldn't agree more!

Well, Jessica is clearly strong inside and out. If you're wondering what she does to stay strong, Women’s Heath has answers.

First things first, the “I Wanna Love You Forever” singer has been on an incredible health journey, which she detailed in her book. Back in 2017, Jessica was 100 pounds heavier and struggling with an alcohol addiction, she wrote on Instagram in two posts. However, she got sober and started working out for her mental and physical health.

Jessica's first move—literally—was getting her steps in, her trainer Harley Pasternak told E! News. She now walks 14,000 steps a day to get her heart rate up. Plus, “it’s a social thing that she can do with her kids," Pasternak shared with People.

In addition to walking, she does three 45-minute gym sessions a week with her trainers Pasternak and Sydney Liebes, per People. Liebes wrote on Instagram that Jessica “worked her ass off” in their sessions, and while she doesn’t share the specifics, the results speak for themselves:

One other thing Jessica prioritizes? Sleep. She gets at least seven hours per night, Pasternak shared with E! News. "So many people undervalue the importance of sleep in weightless and weight management," he said.

When it comes to her diet, Jessica follows Pasternak's Body Reset Diet, which encourages three meals and two snacks per day. Each meal should include protein, fiber, and fat, while snacks are a combination of protein and fiber, or protein and fat. Yup, those combos will definitely fuel you properly for every workout!
