More info has emerged on how Justin Timberlake's handling the many revelations in Britney Spears' memoir (including that he cheated, broke up with her via text, and got her pregnant).

A source tells Us Weekly that Justin wasn't aware he'd feature so much in the book, and "thought Britney might talk about their ups and downs in more general terms — not air out their very personal, dirty laundry. He’s disappointed she went this route decades after they split up.”

Another source says that “Justin regrets that he hurt Britney. He was young. He thinks Britney has every right to tell her story and hopes they can move on now.”

This insider says that he's considering reaching out to Britney “to see if she’d like to talk things out. He wants to ask if there’s anything he can do.”

Meanwhile, one source notes that Jessica Biel "feels bad for Britney,” while another says that “it’s hard for her to watch Justin be trolled on social media and targeted by Britney fans. She thinks Justin’s learned from his mistakes and deserves to live in peace.”

And FYI, Justin doesn't plan to stay away from the public eye because of the negative press surrounding Britney's memoir. As one of Us Weekly's many insiders put it “Justin isn’t going to lie low or avoid doing press because of Britney’s claims. He wants to get past the drama and focus on his work and his family. He has a lot to look forward to.”
