Jessica Alba’s new blunt bob is inspiring our own holiday hair looks

Actress and Honest Beauty founder Jessica Alba debuted a brand new bob at the November 9th Baby2Baby Gala. Alba traded in her famous layered locks for a blunt, shoulder-length lob, and we may have to steal her look to wear to our own upcoming holiday parties.

It’s been years since Alba rocked shorter hair, and we’re in love with this nostalgic throwback. She told People that her stylist, Jesus Guerrero, convinced her to bring back the bob.

The “little chop chop,” as Guerrero called the look in an Instagram caption, has inspired us to get reacquainted with hair shears again, too. Alba’s flipped-in lob perfectly frames her face, and the length itself is youthful, playful, and simple yet chic.

And can we just talk about the pearl headband for a second? It seriously makes Alba look like a snow princess ready for her Frozen 2 cameo.

It pairs perfectly with her Ralph & Russo gown. The entire ensemble is seriously a dream.

Alba’s new look is already saved on our desktop in our “haircuts to hem and haw about” folder. Like Alba, we may just have to take a chance and get the chop ahead of this holiday season.
