Extreme Makeover: Home Edition host Jesse Tyler Ferguson and husband Justin Mikita are parting ways with their Los Angeles, California, home. According to the listing, held by Jennifer Akbari of Compass, the charming estate, located in the Los Feliz neighborhood, is going for $6.995 million. While it is unknown why the couple has decided to sell, they did welcome their first child, Beckett Mercer Ferguson-Mikita, last July and may be looking for a more family-oriented house (BTW... have you seen Baby Beckett's cheery gender-neutral nursery designed by Breegan Jane?)

After hitting the market last month, the couple's home has sold—for $7.1 million—to none other than Leonardo DiCaprio, according to Dirt.com. Given that Ferguson and Mikita paid just $4.6 million for this pad in 2013—and it sold above its asking price—they certainly made quite the profit following the sale of this impressive property.

As for the house itself, it truly is a work of art. Back in 2018, the couple gave Architectural Digest a tour of the 1928 Spanish Colonial home, which actor Robert Pattinson, and former husband-and-wife Gwen Stefani and Gavin Rosendale, had also once called home.

During their time in the home, Ferguson and Mikita made some edits to make their lofty abode feel more personal. They tapped Peter Gurski, who was the set decorator for Will & Grace, to help them. First order of business: incorporating some complementary gothic elements, like this black iron staircase and chandelier cage.

Also, this bathroom got a pretty glamorously dark revamp. Can you spot the toilet?

But the couple's cheeky personalities also shine through in the home. Bold, rich pops of color are seen througout.

Other highlights of the 4,926 square foot property include a family room that converts into a media room, a pool and spa, a Zen/meditation/yoga room, and more. Also get this: Almost every room has access to an outdoor space—there is no shortage of balconies at this house. You can view more photos of the home here.
